We are a group of 7 Modern Fruit Processing factories fully equipped with latest amenities along with all the essential packing facilities of 3.1 Kg cans, 850 gm cans and also the bulk packing of 215 Kg aseptic bags in drums.
The processing Line is equipped with technically advanced automated line of Machinery with adequate protective and safety measures for food processing while fully complying with the International standards. Manual handling of fruits is completely avoided during the process.
1. There are 5 Ripening chambers, each having a capacity of 150 MT per day.
2. Fruit Washer Capacity of 6 MT per Hour.
3. Tip Cutting Belt Conveyor
4. There are 2 units of De-Stoner, the capacity of each being 6 MT per hour.
5. Screw Conveyors for smooth flow and even viscosity.
6. Pre-Heaters with precision temperature controls.
7. De-Canters for removing black specs completely to enhance the quality of pulp. The running speed being 4000 rpm so as to remove even the minutest size of black specs.
8. Spirow Flows for avoiding open kettles for heating and maintaining natural flavour.
